If your offer does not include the following required documents, your offer will either not be submitted or have delays in getting submitted:
Legible California Residential Purchase Contract (preferably typed)
Fully completed offer´s cover sheet
Signed Addendum
Copy of Earnest Money deposit check (minimum 3% of the purchase price, if cash: 10%)
Proof of Funds (for down payment)
Approval letter from a direct lender
**Submit offer in one complete package, preferable in a single PDF format. **Not all offers are countered, submit your best and final **Seller will not respond to incomplete offers. **You will receive a receipt confirming that we have received your offer immediately after submission of your offer.
